WhenDid (“the app”) helps you record when events happened and discover patterns in your own history.
Data collection
WhenDid does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app has no account, advertising, analytics, or cloud dependency.
Data stored on your device
Trackers, occurrences, dates, notes, intensity values, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Removing the app may also remove this locally stored data.
Predictions and insights
Timelines, frequency calculations, typical gaps, and predictions are generated locally from your own history. This data is not sent to an external service for processing.
Backup and restore
When you export a backup, you choose where its readable JSON file is saved or shared using Apple’s system file interface. When importing a backup, the selected file is read locally and validated before you can confirm replacing the app’s current data.
Tracking and analytics
The app does not use tracking, advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or third-party advertising.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app’s features or data practices change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
